Really great service, super friendly and trusting. Shepshed Ford made me feel very comfortable and confident in buying my first car with them, a lovely Mini. They organised a service and MOT before delivering the car onto my drive for when I got home from work (live 2 minutes away from the dealership), and even sorted the letter to send to the DVLA to make it as straightforward as possible. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Well thanks to Shepshed Ford, what started out as a traumatic drama ( present car written off!) eventually turned into a very pleasant experience. I limited my search down to a replacement Suzuki Swift and after going on Auto Trader , my search brought up 3 identical models all with varying prices, mileage and extras. I decided I wanted a red car, which was the colour offered in the other 2 garages- Shepsheds model was silver; and as my original Swift of 10 years was silver, I didnâ??t want to replace like with identical like! Visiting the 2 Suzuki dealerships was not particularly an enjoyable time - I felt I was given a lot of flannel and was infact treated in quite a dismissive manner. I then spoke with a salesman over the phone - who I felt was very empathic and conveyed genuine consideration towards my plight; so we drove to Shepshed. As a consequence of his manner, knowledge of all my queries, and the fair deal offered, it was a no brainer. I now own a 2nd silver Swift!

A pure pleasure, in every aspect. I had been looking for the perfect Ford Kuga for 2 months, ensuring I made an informed decision. I live within Worcestershire, and therefor naturally went to local dealerships. However, I cannot explain how disappointed I have been. Attitude, Personal Approach, Professional Conduct, Honesty and Customer Service let them down. When speaking to Wayne at Shepshed, he has been nothing but supportive, friendly yet professional, and most of all, person focused. As I work in Sales myself, I understand the need for a business view, but Wayne made it clear from the start that ensuring I am satisfied with my purchase was the forefront of the deal. I made the journey here this morning, have been well looked after by the host with the most Chris, and will be driving my beloved Kuga back home within the hour. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Yes, it was a journey. But what's a journey in the grand scheme of things when you get wonderful service!
